Delivery

All shipping times rely on print proof approval. The average delivery time for standard packages is 7 – 10 working days but we aim to better this if possible.

Delivery costs are based on the volume and weight of the packages. If you would like to see a more accurate display of the shipping prices, your quotation will include all delivery costs.

The below prices are only as a guide and can change depending on handling costs and supplier location.

up to 5 kg - £8.50 up to 50 kg - £22.50

up to 10 kg - £10.00 up to 100 kg - £40.00

up to 20 kg - £16.00 Pallet - £110.00

Artwork

Different products have different print processes. The type of artwork you supply depends on the printing process. Please refer to the below guide to help you supply the correct artwork type.

Vector files: .eps , .pdf, .ai

Vector files are suitable for all types of print. Most print processes and products don’t allow for the reproduction of solid colour tints. Any tinted areas of your artwork will need to be converted to a solid colour.

Raster(pixel) files: .png , .jpg, .tiff

These formats are only suitable for full colour, process and transfer print. It cannot be used for screen printing, engraving or debossing.

I don't have a vector format…

Our design team can convert your artwork to a vector format. Your artwork will need to be in a high-resolution format.

Possible extra costs

Please note that some of the products available will have a set-up cost. This could be per-colour and may vary from £10 - £75 depending on the items.

Payment

Invoice

30-day invoice – This is only offered after a satisfactory credit check and account history. Public sector customers will need an official purchase order or director’s approval.

Bank Transfer

Details of payment and account details will be on your invoice after your order is confirmed.

Cheque

Please make cheques payable to PRINTED4YOU LTD.

Card

We accept all credit and debit cards except AMEX. There is a small charge for using cards.
