Our Design Process

At Printed4You we offer unlimited free visuals to all of our clients, to ensure you get the right design to suit your brand. Here are the steps we take in order to get your products printed and delivered.

 

1. Brief

 
Firstly, we will discuss how you want your design to look on the chosen product. We try to get a good understanding of your business and requirements, so if you’re unsure as to what you want printing on your product, we can give you some suggestions such as a website address, email and other contact details. This could include personalisation like having your staff names on bottles or adapting it to suit different departments. During this process, we can even send out free samples of your chosen products.

 

2. Artwork

 
Once we have a good understanding of your design requirements, we will ask you to send over your artwork. Whether it’s your company logo, imagery for certain products or even a laid out and designed artwork by yourself. Then a visual mock-up will be created of your artwork on the chosen product.

 

3. Approval

 
Next a digital copy of the artwork will be sent to you; this is where we can make any further amendments. This could be a change of colours, editing or removing some details or a change of sizing, we’ll edit whatever you want to make it exactly how you want it.

 

4. Final Design

 
Finally, once you’ve agreed on the artwork, you’ll then receive one more finalised proof of your artwork from our suppliers. Then we will contact the supplier to say you’re ready to go ahead with the order and your products will be put into production.
